Fall Tournament Update

This tournament is modeled on a typical quiz bowl invitational. Matches consist of 20 toss-ups with bonuses that don't necessarily match the toss-up in subject matter, unlike the FCCAA Regional and State competitions. Ties are broken by reading a sudden-death toss-up.
